- We are not responsible for items that are lost/damaged during Normal Mail

- By Normal Mail - will reach u within 2-3 working days
- By Registered Mail - will reach u within 1-2 working days
- For Instock Items - we will send out the items every tues and fri.
- For Pre-Order Items - will send out within 3 weeks after Pre-Order date ends
